Conesys acquires Jerrik

Torrance, CA (October 30, 2006) - Conesys, Inc. announced today that it has acquired Jerrik, the filter connector business unit of Radiall. The acquisition, completed on the 28th of October 2006, transfers the Jerrik Trade Mark and all assets relating to the design and manufacture of filter connectors and MIL-STD-1553 Data Bus and other cable assemblies from Radiall to Conesys.

Jerrik will continue to operate from its Tempe, Arizona facility with the same workforce and management team, but operating under the “Jerrik, Inc.” name.
