Conesys acquires Jerrik Torrance, CA (October 30, 2006) - Conesys, Inc. announced today that it has acquired Jerrik, the filter connector business unit of Radiall. The acquisition, completed on the 28th of October 2006, transfers the Jerrik Trade Mark and all assets relating to the design and manufacture of filter connectors and MIL-STD-1553 Data Bus and other cable assemblies from Radiall to Conesys. Jerrik will continue to operate from its Tempe, Arizona facility with the same workforce and management team, but operating under the “Jerrik, Inc.” name. “Jerrik is one of the leading suppliers of filter connectors globally, with exceptional growth potential” said Alan Trombly, President of Conesys. “The combination of Jerrik’s expertise in filter and transient protection interconnects and Conesys’ manufacturing capabilities will further enhance Jerrik’s position in the specialty connector market.” Conesys, a privately held company with over 700 employees worldwide, markets filtered and non-filtered high-reliably connectors, mil-spec circular connectors, fiber optic termini, copper and fiber interconnect systems, 1553 Data Bus and other cable assemblies under brand names Aero-Electric Connector, Aero Industrial Products, J-Tech, EMP Connectors, Conesys Europe and Jerrik.
